This limited edition tipple makes for a very bright, refreshing, witty beverage. A combination of quandong (Australia’s native peach), lemon myrtle, green cardamom, pink peppercorns, and grapefruit plucked from Distiller Cam Mackenzie’s very own garden. How fresh.
After all, ‘tis officially the silly season, so in true celebratory fashion we’ve whipped up a couple of delicious cocktail recipes you’ll thoroughly enjoy (that’s a promise).
Note! If you aren’t lucky enough to get your paws on My New Go-To Gin, Four Pillars just so happen to have a heap of other gin options that you can sub in instead.
Sour Hour
A balanced and vibrant beverage for any hour!
What you’ll need:
45mL My New Go-To Gin
20mL Peach Liqueur
15mL Ruby Grapefruit Juice
15mL Egg Whites
What you’ll do:
- Add your gin, peach liqueur, grapefruit juice, egg whites, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
- Watch your dance moves get bitter and bitter as the night goes on…
Your Go-To Gin Martini
Best served with a side of sass.
What you’ll need:
60mL My New Go-To Gin
10mL Dry Vermouth
What you’ll do:
- Stir gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Then, start a petition for Harry Styles to be cast as the next James Bond.
Gincredible!
A crowd-pleasing G&T with a peachy Go-To twist.
What you’ll need:
45mL My New Go-To Gin
90mL Tonic of Soda Water
What you’ll do:
- Add your gin and mixer (tonic/soda) to a glass over ice.
- Garnish with a slice of peach or lemon.
- That’s it! You’re done! Easy peasy peach-or-lemon squeezy!
Fizz The Season
A bright, bubbly bellini perfect for a party or special occasion.
What you’ll need:
45mL My New Go-To Gin
15mL Peach Liqueur
10mL Lemon Juice
Sparkling Wine or Soda Water
What you’ll do:
- Add your gin, lemon juice, peach liqueur, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake.
- Fine strain into a flute.
- Top up the glass with sparkling wine or soda water.
- Garnish with a peach slice.
