If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will find this unbelievable and send you many fancy bribes to change your mind.
Actually, sorry, our legal guys said that’s not good enough. Instead, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. Please note that the product not tasting very nice on your breakfast cereal will not be viewed as a legitimate reason for a refund.
We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Go-To Skincare Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Note! If you’re returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
