Look Good Feel Better offers free in-person and online workshops and support to help people with any type of cancer manage the most common physical and psychological impacts of treatment.
Since 1990, they’ve supported more than 200,000 Australian women, men, and young adults through their cancer diagnosis. Through practical advice, tools, and a community of people with shared experiences, they help restore confidence, control, and sense of self.
Run by volunteer experts, Look Good Feel Better workshops are non-medical and brand-neutral, covering everything from skincare, cosmetics, and headwear options to grooming, fitness, mobility, and mental wellbeing. Participants also receive Confidence Kits—a curated selection of skincare and cosmetic products, in addition to practical written and video guides.
