This one? A luscious, low-lather formula that’s just as hydrating as it is cleansing. Made with thirsty, very dry skin types in mind, Soft And Creamy leaves your clean skin feeling soft, supple, and hydrated for hours after rinsing. Perfectly pH balanced to 5.50 (that’s the same as skin!), it thoroughly cleanses without stripping, tightening, or disrupting your barrier.
Dirt, grime, and impurities from the day are whisked away, while its layered hydration system works both instantly and overtime. Formulated with 15% glycerin, this powerful humectant draws moisture into your skin and keeps it there to support skin hydration and balance moisture levels. Meanwhile, squalane works to support and replenish the skin barrier to help prevent moisture loss and dryness. Finally, provitamin B5 to improve the appearance of skin redness and boost skin suppleness.

I was looking forward to adding a creamy cleanser to my Go-To collection. This definitely fits the bill. It leaves my skin soft and pliable, not dried out at all. Unfortunately the scent is super strong for me where all other Go-To are absolutely fine. I wish I'd had tried a sample prior to purchasing a full size product.

I have super dry skin and love a cream cleanser, I have used many, and this is one of the nicer feeling ones, but the scent is really strong and I don’t love it. Will certainly use it because it’s lovely, but probably won’t purchase again due to the scent. Not sure why Go-To went this way, most of their products have really mild scents but this is so strong!

I noticed my skin feeling drier when using properly clean (user since 2015 and 28 years old) so I made the switch to soft and creamy as it suits maturing skin aka me (now 39). It does, indeed, live up to making skin feels hydrated, soft and ready for the next steps of my skincare routine. I also use fancy face and juicy gel in my cleansing routine, and I am finding they all play well together. So, as I bid farewell to properly clean (after this last bottle.... no wastage here!), I am delighted to welcome soft and creamy to the Go To family. Hooray.
